WYG Trench Farrow selects Kembrey for expansion Archive index | Front page

Highcross has let 3,640 sq ft office space at Kembrey Park, Swindon to construction project management company, WYG Trench Farrow.

The company, which is currently celebrating its 30th anniversary, has selected Kembrey Park’s Cherry Orchard East, as the location for its next stage of development.

Paul Springgay of WYG Trench Farrow commented: “As a result of expansion since opening our office in Swindon in 1995 and our merger with White Young Green, we required new office space in the area. We quickly identified Kembrey Park as our preferred option.  The on-site facilities and general environment made this an easy choice for us.”

Kembrey Park’s Cherry Orchard development provides flexible, high quality office space, with suites available from 750 sq ft. The scheme is set in mature landscaped gardens, with dedicated parking, 24-hour security and access to Kembrey Park’s excellent facilities.

Highcross director, Nick Turner said: “The range and flexibility of office space on offer at Kembrey Park, is enabling us to meet the needs of companies at all stages of their development, from start-ups to major multi-nationals. We have focused on providing an excellent environment for our occupiers, from the landscaped setting to on-site facilities, and are pleased that these are now proving important factors in attracting new companies to the Park.”

Joint agents for the scheme are Loveday & Loveday and King Sturge.

Michael Doran of King Sturge commented:  “We are delighted to have been able to assist a local occupier like WYG Trench Farrow with their requirement and it’s great that the merits of Kembrey Park as a business location were the driving force in their decision.”
