Highcross has let 11,500 sq ft at its Kembrey Park development in Swindon, to Honda Trading Europe Ltd.

The first floor premises at Kembrey Park’s Mulberry building have been let on a ten-year lease. Honda previously occupied four separate office suites at Kembrey Park’s Cherry Orchard West development.

The Mulberry office building was recently refurbished by Highcross and provides high quality office space with full access raised flooring, comfort cooling, category 2 lighting and car parking.
