There is a new face in town at HSBC’s newly refurbished retail and commercial branch in Swindon Old Town.
Stuart Hayes, a former special constable for Devon and Cornwall Police, has joined the branch as retail banking manager after a £1m refurbishment that has improved the facilities and service available to both business and personal customers.
It is only a short distance from HSBC’s Canal Walk branch, where Stuart had been service and sales manager for the past six months and he has brought with him a wealth of experience in providing the best service standards across many industry sectors.
Commenting on his new role, Stuart said: “The majority of my working life has revolved around providing excellent service.
“From my early years as a retail store manager, to working as a mobile telecommunications manager and now in the banking sector - the most important thing I have come to appreciate is that providing only the best customer service is the key to running a successful business.
“Following the recent investment by HSBC in Swindon, both business and personal customers alike have superb branch that they can be proud of and I intend to make sure that the service they receive here is of equally good quality.”
