Following their purchase of a Grade II listed Georgian office building at 8 Bath Road in Old Town Swindon last year, corporate finance accountants Watersheds has announced that the refurbishment work on the building has now been completed.
Watersheds will occupy part of the prominently located building in the professional quarter of Old Town which is within walking distance of all local amenities. The property has been fully refurbished.
Watersheds has instructed Alder King to let the surplus first and second floor accommodation comprising approximately 1,710 sq ft with ancillary storage. These offices are fully self-contained and benefit from a new private ground floor entrance and four parking spaces.
