Highcross has let 2,200 sq ft of office space at its Kembrey Business Park in Swindon to Parametric Technology (UK) Ltd.
Parametric Technology, which specialises in providing software solutions for enterprise and small business customers, has relocated its Swindon office to the recently refurbished Cherry Orchard North development at Kembrey Park.
The US-owned company, which has its UK head office in Hampshire, chose Kembrey Park because of its convenient location for other companies within the group. Mel Jones of Parametric Technology said: “We were attracted by Suite 24’s generously proportioned offices. The accommodation was definitely the best we looked at.”
Highcross has agreed a five-year lease on the property, at a rental level of £14 per sq ft. Nick Turner of Highcross comments: “We have recently finished a major refurbishment of the 20,000 sq ft Cherry Orchard North scheme, and were also able to undertake a complete fit out of Suite 24, to meet Parametric Technology’s requirements.”
Kembrey Park offers the benefits of an attractive landscaped environment, new Next Generation Leisure Club, 24-hour estate security and on-site management team.
Bradley Forbes of Loveday and Loveday, joint agents for Kembrey Park with King Sturge, said: “As has been highlighted over recent months, refurbishment of office space to a high standard is key to making second hand space attractive to potential tenants.”
Parametric Technology was represented by the Bristol office of Knight Frank.
