Solicitors, Charles Lucas & Marshall has appointed another specialist to its wills and estate planning team.

Lawyer, Simon Mee will work on existing accounts and develop his own client portfolio. He was previously with Farnham firm, Bells.

“Charles Lucas & Marshall is renowned for its expertise in wills and estate planning and has one of the biggest teams in this region,” explained Simon. “This will give me the opportunity to diversify and move forward with my career.”

Areas such as inheritance tax planning and issues relating to the elderly have increased rapidly in the last five years and the need for professional advice is reflected in the growth of Charles Lucas & Marshall’s wills and estate planning team.
