King Sturge has announced five recent transactions on the Clearwater Business Park, Blagrove. Unit 4 has been sold to Investment Portfolios limited, Unit 6 has been sold to C&S Vending Services, Unit 11 has been sold to Mitton Mechanical Services Ltd, a leading building services organization, Units 14 & 15 have been sold to Another Perfect Delivery Limited, a UK-based direct mail company and Unit 18 has been let to Spartan Designs Limited, specialist kitchen manufacturers.

David Salisbury, managing director of APD commented: “We have leased commercial property for some time now but were committed to buying suitable premises in 2007. The two units at Clearwater were well positioned for the motorway network, local to our staff and available at the right price.”

Steve Taylor of Mitton Mechanical Services commented: “Our base at Blagrove completes Mitton’s nationwide network of service depots, enabling us to offer fast and efficient building services solutions to customers across the UK.”

Matt King of King Sturge added: “2007 has been extremely encouraging.  Despite a slow start last year we have now let or sold 10 of the 14 new units.”
