The former chapel in William Street, Swindon is now for sale as a residential development site, according to property consultants Alder King. The 0.11 acre site is for sale with planning permission to demolish the disused single storey chapel and build six residential apartments in its place. The chapel is located in a residential area close to the bottom of Kingshill, at the junction of William Street and Clarendon Lane in Swindon and has parking close by in Clarendon Lane.

Andrew Cullen from Alder King commented: “The redevelopment of the chapel site will revitalise the area, creating new homes on a redundant building.  This development opportunity will be ideal for residential developers, as it sited in a sought after location, where there will be strong demand for new apartments.”

The site is for sale as freehold.  Best and final offers must reach Alder King, 5 Little London Court, Swindon, SN1 3HY by 12 noon on 14 December.
