Loveday & Loveday has sold the freehold interest in Marston Gate at South Marston Park to private investors.

The Marston Gate development which provides approximately 92,000 sq ft of accommodation within eight units was already occupied in part by three tenants. However, five units remained providing approximately 50,000 sq ft of accommodation and all of these will be occupied by Tetronics.

Tetronics carries out research, development and the manufacture of high temperature plasma technology. The company is relocating from their current base in Farringdon, Oxfordshire, with a large number of jobs moving into the Borough of Swindon.

Alastair Andrews of Loveday & Loveday, who acted on behalf of vendors MEPC, said:  “I am delighted to have sold the entirety of Marston Gate to investors involved with Tetronics. Marston Gate is an excellent development in one of Swindon’s best industrial locations and it will be great to see it fully occupied.”

Loveday and Loveday acted jointly with King Sturge. Further information is available from Tetronics on 01367 245650 or, alternatively, from Loveday & Loveday on 01793 423344.
