King Sturge has announced the letting of Delta 607, Delta Business Park to W3 Financial Services LLP. The self contained office building, which measures 1,465 sq ft, achieved the full asking rent.

The suites at Delta 600 were acquired by TRW Pensions Trust Ltd in 2001 and the park has proved popular with a range of new occupiers.

Acting on for the Landlord, Sarah David of CBRE Investors, said: “We are pleased to assist W3 in accommodating their expansion and welcome them to Delta Business Park.  The smaller office suites at Delta 600 are ideal for new or recently established companies like W3 who seek office space with the benefit of their own front door and the comfort of flexible lease terms.”

Michael Doran of King Sturge added: “Since the instruction to market the space available at Delta 600 in 2006, we have been encouraged by the consistent level of interest in both the smaller suites and the larger Delta 602 and it is anticipated this will continue.”

Suites still available at Delta 600 include 604, 605, 609 and 602.

Whitmarsh Lockhart acted jointly in the letting.
